On February 7, 2019, at the press conference where Kaori Matsumoto will retire from active duty as a judoka, you may not remember this word that you answered when the media asked you about your subsequent activities. I’m sure most people wondered, “Why is a judoka ice cream?” However, Matsumoto did not come up with the idea of making ice cream. “Why ice cream?” It was hidden in the episode of Matsumoto’s active days.
