Oscar da Silva (23) leaves the German basketball champions Alba Berlin after a year and moves to the Spanish top club FC Barcelona. The club announced this on Monday. The power forward made 78 appearances for the Berliners in all competitions last season and celebrated both the championship title and cup victory with Alba.
“We are very proud of Oscar and the way he has developed with us in just one season,” said Alba sporting director Himar Ojeda: “He has shown his skills expressively this season and is as an athlete and human. He’s a great guy with a great future.”
