Confirmed the release date on Crunchyroll for the OVA of My Hero Academia

Attendees at this year’s Anime Expo have already been able to see the two new original video animations for My Hero Academiawhich have already landed in theaters in Japan, but fans of the Shonen series won’t have to wait much longer. Crunchyroll will stream both “Hero League Baseball” that “Laugh, As If You Are In Hell” this summer. These two specials hope to serve as a precursor to the return of the anime adaptation this fall with season six.

The official Twitter account of My Hero Academia shared the great news that the two new animated specials would arrive on August 1st on Crunchyrollgiving fans a nice refresher on the main characters of the series:

The official description of Hero League Baseballor HLB, goes like this:

“HLB stands for“ Hero League of Baseball ”, it’s a baseball league founded by pro-heroes who love baseball! It’s match day. The last match of the championship is between Shishido’s two rival agencies. In the world of HLB, there are no rules: the use of their Quirks is obviously accepted. However, just when the game is about to end, they are interrupted by a villain. Who will be the winner of HLB !? “

Instead, the official description of “Laugh, like you’re in hell!” It reads like this:

Deku, Bakugo e Todoroki participate in an internship under the hero n. 1, the agency of Endeavour. One of their tasks these days is to find a villain (“Smiley”) who draws scribbles in the city. However, because the urgency is so full of work, they let other pro-heroes solve this case.
