The winner of the Oceanian Qualifier will compete in the “Inter-Confederation Playoffs” along with a CONMEBOL, CONCACAF and AFC nation. Those “inter-confederation play-offs” of 4 countries will yield 2 tickets.

Australia took the first ticket by beating Peru on penalties. Costa Rica and New Zealand are still deciding in a duel about the last ticket for the World Cup in Qatar.
