An 18-hole tournament in category medal play format was played yesterday at the Tres Arroyos Golf Club, with Horacio Espeluse winning from 0 to 17 and Carlos Cotabarren from 18 to 54.
Espeluse’s card showed 66 hits for the winner, escorted by Ramiro Tormes who was second with 67 hits. Further back were Leopoldo Tubía with 69, Juan Morán with 69, Alejandro Ruiz with 70, Carlos Barrionuevo with 71, Carlos Cortés with 72, Enrique Almirón with 72, Raúl Tormes with 73 and Alan Mayer with 73.
While Cotabarren prevailed with 69 strokes, ahead of Augusto Iraola with 70. Further back they finished, Carlos Gauna with 73, Ricardo López with 73, Oscar Rossi with 75, Nicolás Pesalaccia with 75, Jorge Saenz Rozas with 77, César Quintana with 77, Eduardo Porfilio with 78 and Humberto Lachat with 80.
