Van de Zandschulp competes with Tiafoe for the worst serve in tennis history

Frances Tiafoe he had broken away this week with probably the worst serve in tennis history. In his first round match at Eastboune, against the Kazakh Alexandr Bublik, he sent the ball into one of the corners of the playing court.

Tiafoe’s video went viral and Botic Van de Zandschulp has claimed his share of the spotlight. In a match last week at the Queen’s Open 500, hit the ball so badly at the time of the serve that it went directly off the court. The Dutchman reached the semi-finals of the British tournament, losing only to eventual champion Matteo Berrettini.

The importance of serving on the pitch has turned that part of the game into a carousel of errors due to the pressure that tennis players feel when putting the ball into play.
