Novak Djokovic and Maria Sharapova have always had a good relationship.
During a conversation between the two champions on social networks, the Russian recalled an anecdote during a contested exhibition at La Quinta in 2008 where Djokovic, obviously very teasing, had launched a bet on the result of the mixed doubles in which they participated.
