The youngest team of the Avilés Judo Club won the gold medal in the Northern League, with plenty of victories in the day played last weekend in the Canide pavilion (Mera, La Coruña) thanks to the contribution of Guillermo, Jorge, Joel, Aleix, Diego, Andrea, Olivia, Covadonga, Mili, Hugo, Jorge and Pablo. For the alevín A it was the runner-up, only behind Club Julio Rico, after beating Judo Club Oleiros C and D. The team made up of Nora, Saúl, Anxo, Ángel, Cruz, Nico and Adán arrived with options for the title after having sneaked into the top four and in the end he kept the silver. The Alevín B made up of Pedro, Cruz, Leo, Carlos, Sofía and Laura fought to finish as high as possible and finally came in tenth position after scoring two wins and one loss.
