The chilling story of the new witness against Villa and her chats with the complainant

NC declared before the justice for the cause of abuse involving the Boca player and assured that that same night there was another victim of the Colombian.

The rape case involving Sebastian Villa added another chapter with the statement of a new witness, identified as NC, who recounted what he experienced that night in June 2011 at the footballer’s house, in a Canning country. In addition, she assured that there was another woman who in that same place was the victim of an attempted sexual abuse.

Step by step, what the new witness declared against Sebastián Villa

• “We were in the bowling alley (…) and another girl who was present with us told us that her boyfriend, who would be the Viking, was at Sebastián’s (Villa), that we could go, that they paid us for the presence and that they pay us the Uber (…) because I don’t remember if Boca had won or what they were celebrating “.
  
• “When we entered, the house was playing soft music, we stay there for a few minutes until Sebastián leaves the room with Tamara by the hand (…) There with F. we kind of wanted to leave because we see Tamara going out with him and we noticed that there was a relationship and My friend already knew Sebastián and had already been to his house two or three times. They had not told us that Tamara was in the house.”

• “Tamara approached Sebastián and he did not give her a ball (…) My friend F. danced salsa with Sebastián (…) At that moment I go to the kitchen and when I return to be with my friend F., she was gone. I was in the room with Sebastian. When I realize nothing happens because she had already been with him, that’s why I didn’t say anything.

• After receiving WhatsApp messages from F -who was in the room with Villa- asking her to come, the witness went looking for her: “There was the Viking, who was at the door of the room. I step over him (…) When I open the door I see my friend coming out and her eyes were all teary (…) At first they were going to have sex until she told him to put on a condom and he didn’t want to”.
• “When she leaves the room, she reproaches the Viking and says ‘why don’t you open for me if I’m telling you to open for me’, to which he replies ‘You know that I didn’t put them to interrupt’”.
• “When leaving the room, F. shows me his panties that he had torn. Tamara sees that too.”
• The new witness also told that they finally left together by car and that F. and Tamara (the complainant) talked and hugged in the car: “I wonder why Tamara didn’t tell us what had happened to her, that she was seeing that my friend had come out with her panties torn, I was just another victim.”.

Tamara Doldán: – You have no idea what happened in that room. And having to put on the best smile out of fear.

NC Witness: – I will tell the truth (in response to “You have no idea what happened in that room”)

N.C: – Oh, did you see how ugly? Do you remember when F. told you what he had done to her? And you made a fool of yourself. You kept seeing him, knowing he was a rapist.

T.D: – No, I started to cry worse. I never, ever saw him again.
