It all started when the client turned to the famous South African tattoo artist Dean Gunther, who a few weeks ago had gone viral for having drawn him hyperrealistic abs to another man.

The new challenge was to tattoo his client’s feet, since he told her that he was tired of buying shoes.

“Drawing the tattoo by hand was the most challenging part. I had to make sure everything flowed with the contours of the body. A stencil wouldn’t work in this case, so it’s all freehand,” explained the tattoo artist.
