Santa Fe would seek to sign the Uruguayan Matías Zunino

Independent Santa Fe the transfer market does not close and now, in addition to the three reinforcements that he already announced facing the second season of the year, it goes, at least, for one more.

Alfredo Arias, coach of the Bogota team, continues in the search to reinforce and strengthen the core area of ​​the ‘cardinal’, which is why the helmsman has put on the table the name of a midfielder from his country that he knows very well.

In the last few hours it became known, through the journalist Julián Capera, that the Uruguayan who wants Santa Fe is Matias Zuninocurrent midfielder, 32 years old, who plays for the National of that country.

Zunino has a career in Uruguay in the Danubio, Sud América, Tanque Sisley, Defensor and Nacional teams. In Ecuador he has militated with the Quito LDU, adding a total of 276 games (19,741 minutes), 30 assists and 38 goals.

His current team is Nacional de Uruguay and in the season he has been in six games. Matías ends his loan on June 30 of this year and would have to return to the Quito LDU, who owns their rights; which is why Santa Fe tries to enter the bidding for the player’s services.

Julian Capera says that it is quite a difficult operation for the ‘cardinal’, because in addition to the ‘lion’ squad, Zunino has other offers and one of them is from an important club in Ecuador.
