It’s a lot of money, but I know how much I need to be happy. I have a Porsche in my garage, a nice house worth a million euros. No need for a second big car or a second house. I’ve got all I need. »
And Bardet will still keep his salary until 2024. During the last Giro, the native of Brioude (Haute-Loire) announced his contract extension until 2024. “I am very happy, it was completely natural for me , it’s going very well, I found a good level here (at DSM) and I like it. We are only at the beginning of the plan I hope, said the French rider. I am happy to be able to continue the adventure with them. I am very comfortable with the culture within the team. »
