Santo Domingo.- The Dominican Republic will host one of the Little League Baseball groups, a qualifying event that will be played from July 6 to 10 in Punta Cana, as an option to the BanReservas Cup.
In this way it was announced by Junior Noboa, National Baseball Commissioner, entity that is responsible for the assembly and coordination of the contest, which will take place in the 11-12 year old category, in which six teams will participate, representing four countries.
The same, as Noboa explained, will qualify to participate in the Williamsport World Series, a traditional championship in which the champion teams of more than 30 nations take part.
