Poste Italiane – Stamp issue of the Italian Federation of Judo Karate Martial Arts / Galup Srl
Poste Italiane announces that today 21 June 2022 an ordinary postage stamp belonging to the thematic series “Sport” dedicated to Italian Federation of Judo Fight Karate Martial Arts (FIJLKAM), on the 120th anniversary of the foundation, relating to the value of tariff B equal to € 1.10.
Circulation: three hundred thousand copies.

The stamp is printed by the Istituto Poligrafico e Zecca dello Stato SpA, in rotogravure, on white, neutral coated, self-adhesive, non-fluorescent paper.

The sticker delimited, at the top, by a detail of the logo of the 120 years of the Italian Federation
Judo Fight Karate Martial Arts, depicts, on a white field, the Federal Olympic Center “Matteo Pellicone” located in Ostia Lido and three pairs of athletes representing the main sports of the
FIJLKAM: Wrestling, Judo and Karate, each represented with the colors conventionally attributed by the Federation to each discipline.
The stamp is completed by the legend “ITALIAN FEDERATION JUDO LOTTA KARATE MARTIAL ARTS”, the wording “ITALIA” and the tariff indication “B”.
The first day cancellation will be available at the philatelic counter of the Ostia Lido post office.
The postage stamp and related philatelic products, postcards, cards and illustrative bulletins will be available at the Post Offices with philatelic counter, the “Spazio Filatelia” in Florence, Genoa, Milan, Naples, Rome, Rome 1, Turin, Trieste, Venice, Verona and on the site poste.it.
For the occasion, a double-leaf A4 format philatelic folder was also created, containing a quatrain of stamps, a single stamp, a canceled and franked postcard and a first-day cover, at a price of € 15.
