An unexpected moment was experienced during the game of baseball on Sunday between Seattle Mariners y Los Angeles Angels on the Major League Baseball of USA. Although it seemed that at first it was just a simple push, seconds later it became a real camp battle. Eight expelled and a controversial release.
The situation had already been somewhat heated since the previous game, when a pitch went close to the head of Mike Trout, the star of Los Angeles Angels, in the top of the ninth inning. After the game his discontent was noted, which he reaffirmed with the following statement: “If you’re going to hit me, hit me in the ribs. Don’t hit me in the head. I don’t know if that’s the intention, but… the head, that is not done”.
For his part, the player of the Mariners, Erik Swanson, argued that the launch escaped him and that it was all accidental. Although with those words it was hoped that the conflict would have been left in the past, it was not.
In this last match, things exploded. The opener of Angelinos, Andrew Wantzhit the batter with the ball in the kidney area Julius Rodriguez in the first inning. Minutes later, Wantz hit another player again, Jesse Winker.
Although the players of Seattle seemed not to notice the situation, someone from the Los Angeles Angels bench launched a phrase that blew up the situation. Automatically the teams faced each other in a camp battle.
Although the referees tried to calm the situation, blows and kicks were some of the aggressions of the day. Finally, when the battlethe referees expelled Nevin, Winker, Crawford, Rodríguez, Iglesias, Wantz, Tepera and Servais.
