SUPERBALL.ID – Persija Jakarta will perform optimally in the 2022 Presidential Cup, all preparations have been made by coach Thomas Doll.
According to the German coach, Persija’s weakness last season was often playing long balls.
That’s why Thomas hopes that now the players can rely more on short passes.
“I saw Persija last season playing a lot of long balls,” said Thomas Doll as reported by SuperBall.id from the Persija page.
“In my system players have to be able to make a lot of short passes comfortably and if possible do pressing also.”

Thomas hopes that with the down ball strategy, the players can play the game offensive football so as to get more opportunities.
