Now there are 13! Santander gets into the home run fight

The Venezuelan Anthony Santander, of the Orioles de Baltimorehit his 13th home run of the 2022 Major League Baseball (MLB) season on Wednesday night.

According to Baseball Savant, the Venezuelan’s connection posted an exit speed of 103.8 miles per hour and traveled 414 feet at Oriole Park at Camden Yards.

With this hit from four corners, the margariteño equaled Eugenio Suárez, Gleyber Torres and José Altuve among the Venezuelans with the most homers this season in the “Big Show”.

Thanks to his 63rd career home run in the MLB, the Venezuelan outfielder reached 36 RBIs.
