Mbappe talks goals with PSG

Kylian Mbappe has decided against moving to Real Madrid and opting for an extension at Paris Saint-Germain. The 23-year-old attacker has clear goals with PSG. The 2018 world champion has now performed this.

“Winning the Champions League and becoming PSG’s top scorer is part of my goals, but there’s more,” Kylian Mbappe told French TV in a recent interview BFM TV. The striker added: “The Champions League is a clear goal, that’s clear and announced. We don’t need any more adjectives to describe the Champions League. We want to win it and we have a way.” To date, Paris Saint-Germain has always failed to win the handle pot. In the previous season, the French were eliminated by Real Madrid in the round of 16.

Mbappe only needs 30 goals to draw level with Cavani

Faster than winning the Champions League, Mbappe could become PSG’s top scorer. The French international currently has 170 goals for the Parisians. Ex-PSG pro Edinson Cavani is at 200 and tops the list. “It would be something spectacular to become PSG’s top scorer,” said Mbappe, adding: “I think if I continue as I have been, it will not be a problem.” The world champion is now contractually bound to the reigning French champions from 2018 to 2025.
