It’s only a matter of hours or days before Inter Milan and Atletico tweet to announce the arrivals of Romelu Lukaku and Axel Witsel respectively. The first arrives from Chelsea in the form of a paid loan (€8 million + bonus), with no option to buy, while the second leaves Dortmund for free. Lukaku is expected in Milan to undergo his medical examination next week, once his holidays are over, while Witsel will sign for a season with Yannick Carrasco.
