There is still uncertainty about the situation surrounding Lois Openda. The attacker will in principle return to his mother club Club Brugge this summer after a successful loan spell at Vitesse.
Coach Carl Hoefkens was already positive about Openda. He sees an extended stay of the attacker completely in the cards. However, the question is whether it will come to that.
According to Het Laatste Nieuws, Openda would rather take a step abroad than stay at Club. In the past, he hardly got any chances in the main squad of blue-black.
It will now be up to Hoefkens to convince Openda to finally opt for Club for the project. What helps Blue-Black is that no concrete offers have been received so far for the Red Devil.
