Judo-self-defense-taïso: a sporting activity for 7 to 77 year olds

Since May 19, the Sébazac judo club has been offering open days every Thursday to help people discover its various courses for free.

The little ones, between 4 and 10 years old, are welcomed from 5 to 6 p.m. for a playful discovery of judo. Teenagers have a class on Thursdays from 6 to 7:30 p.m.

For adults, self-defense classes are offered from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. No prerequisites, only the desire to learn techniques and progress in a friendly atmosphere should motivate.

Sébazac judo is also courses for everyone: young, old, beginners or not, wishing to practice this martial art in a more leisure than competition approach.

On Tuesday evenings from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., adults can come and learn this sport or improve their technique with a view to passing grades. To perfect your physical condition, a taïso activity (preparation of the body in Japanese) is also offered on Fridays from 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Open to all, it can even be practiced with the family.

It is not necessary to participate in other courses to attend. All sessions are accessible free of charge to all until July 1, 2022.
