In Pleubian, a French champion and a party around sport on Saturday – Pleubian

The municipality organizes, Saturday, June 18, from 2 p.m., a big sports festival with the participation of the sports associations of the municipality. On the program: football, archery, Zumba, cardio-fitness Breton dance, knife and ax throwing, cycling (road and mountain biking) badminton, gym, hiking, running… All the associations of the town will be present . The public will be able to try out and meet the heads of the various sports clubs in the town.

Marie-Claire Le Tessier, French champion

On site, the public will also be able to talk with Marie-Claire Le Tessier, who will be present with her Friends from the tip of the peninsula. On June 4 and 5, she represented the commune of Pleubian at the French ax and knife throwing championships in Henvic. She returned with four new medals, including one gold, in the 13m long distance category where she excels; the other medals are a silver medal 5 in the 5m ax and two bronze medals in the 7m ax and walk back axe.
