“I didn’t have the rhythm”, explains Johann Zarco after his 13th place

Johann Zarco, French driver at Ducati, had to settle for a meager 13th place on Sunday at the Dutch Grand Prix.

Johann Zarco (FRA / Ducati-Pramac), 13th in the Dutch Grand Prix in MotoGP on Sunday:

“Very difficult. Anyway, I knew that I didn’t have the pace for the podium, that something was missing, and that was confirmed in the race. It was very complicated to keep up the pace and as I went along I couldn’t get involved in the fight. (…) It’s not much to play for, but the little lack of balance on the bike means that we’re not in the right group and it doesn’t work. Disappointed, clearly. Finally half disappointed because it’s good to resist, to take these three points and to see that I am still third in the championship. (…) But it’s not fun to run out to finish 13th”.
