HSV: Josha Vagnoman has to go so that Emir Sahiti comes – 2nd Bundesliga

The extended summer vacation for Josha Vagnoman (21) and Mario Vuskovic (20) is over on Friday. The two U21 internationals complete their performance tests before heading to HSV’s Austria training camp on Saturday afternoon.

Vuskovic is a pillar for the “Project Rise”. Vagnoman would prefer to save himself the trip to Bad Loipersdorf (Styria). The defender has agreed a four-year contract with Stuttgart.

VfB starts Monday with the pre-season. The youngster would like to be there right away. Whether that will work is an open question. So far, no agreement is in sight in the transfer negotiations.

Hamburg’s sports director Jonas Boldt (40) envisages a sum of six or seven million euros plus bonus payments. Stuttgart is still having a hard time with the size.

On the other hand, HSV needs the Vagnoman coal to further upgrade its squad – beyond Dresden striker Ransford Königsdörffer (20).

Emir Sahiti (23, Hajduk Split) would be the hottest candidate. But: The Hamburg-based company can apparently only pay for the wing striker if Vagnoman is sold beforehand.
