Hey..
I want to start martial arts. In the beginning I definitely wanted to do boxing, but now I’m wondering if kickboxing might not be better..
What would you advise me? Isn’t boxing automatically included in kickboxing? Or is there a bigger difference than I thought?
Also, what should I look out for before I start? My stamina isn’t the best. How can I best prepare for it? I’m signing up for a club in October.
