Hamburg Towers play preparatory tournament in Bayreuth

Hamburg (dpa/lno) – The Bundesliga basketball players of the Hamburg Towers will take part in a preparatory tournament in Bayreuth on September 3rd and 4th. In addition to host Medi Bayreuth, two other first division clubs are at the start in Niners Chemnitz and Brose Bamberg. The two semi-finals of the first day will be drawn shortly before the start of the tournament. On the second day, the two winners will play in the final and the two losers will play for third place. The new Towers coach Raoul Korner, who coached Bayreuth until the end of the last series, returns to his old place of work early on.
