Four young people from Montilla win the bronze in Doubles at the Andalusian U-15 Badminton Championship ~ Montilla Digital

The Montillan volantistas Pablo and Jorge Rey, Adrián Sánchez and Javier Rodríguez, all of them belonging to the Montilla Badminton Club, have won this weekend the bronze medal in Men’s Doubles of the U-15 Autonomous Championship, held in the Malaga municipality of Arroyo de la Miel, organized by the Andalusian Badminton Federation and the Benalmádena Badminton Club.

In this tournament, the most important at the Andalusian level, it stood out for the number of entries, with representation from all the Andalusian provinces, with the exception of Cádiz, by the hand of 21 clubs. A high-level match in which the youngsters from Montilla managed to rank third in the men’s Doubles category.

Málaga was the province with the most clubs, with a total of 5 (Alhaurín de la Torre, Benalmádena, Bobadilla, Jorge Guillén and Málaga Evolution), closely followed by Córdoba (Baena, Montilla, Rute and Volante Rute).

For its part, Huelva was represented by three clubs (La Orden, Colombino, Huelva and Isla Cristina Mar de Luz), as well as Seville (Amigó, La Unión, Rinconada and Triana). On the other hand, Armilla and Granada participated from the Nasrid city; in Jaén, Arjonilla; and from the Indálica province, the Almería club.
