FC Bayern: Be careful, Sadio Mané! England newspaper warns Bayern’s new superstar – Bundesliga

Will he soon regret this change?

The whole of football Germany is currently looking forward to Sadio Mané (30). The Senegalese comes from Liverpool FC and will sign with Bayern until 2025.

To say goodbye to the island, there is a warning from the “Daily Mail” for Mané! The English newspaper names three top stars who, like Mané, recently left Liverpool and were not happy abroad.

The most prominent example is Philippe Coutinho (30). The Brazilian moved to FC Barcelona in 2018 for the mega sum of 135 million euros and should become the congenial partner of Lionel Messi (34) with the Catalans.

Instead, Coutinho became a flop. After just a year and a half, Barça loaned Coutinho to Bayern, with whom the offensive man won the Champions League as a noble joker.

Coutinho joined Aston Villa on loan last winter, who have now signed him for €20m.

BVB star Emre Can was only happy again in Dortmund after leaving Liverpool. In 2018, however, the national player initially switched to Juventus Turin on a free transfer.

With the Italians, Can did not get along with coach Maurizio Sarri (63) and was demoted to bench press. In 2020, Borussia Dortmund paid 25 million euros to free Can from his Juventus dilemma.

The youngest case is Georginio Wijnaldum (31). The Dutchman joined PSG on a free transfer last summer. According to “Telegraaf”, the international receives a salary of 10 million euros per season from the French.

However, Wijnaldum was slow to settle into the Paris super team. Although he made 38 competitive appearances, at the end of the season Wijnaldum was voted flop of the year in Ligue 1 by the online portal “French Football News”.

As well as the three stars, there are numerous other players whose careers faltered after leaving Liverpool. A possible reason for this: coach Jürgen Klopp (55)!

The success coach is known for getting the maximum out of his teams. Even during his time at BVB, he formed players into stars with Shinji Kagawa (33), Nuri Sahin (33) and Mario Götze (30), who had to accept a career break after changes.

Whether the same fate now threatens Mané?
