DSM announces departure Søren Kragh Andersen, Dane will not ride a Tour | cycling

One of the leaders who is leaving DSM, it is gradually becoming a habit. Søren Kragh Andersen is next in line.

The Dane signed with Giant-Alpecin in 2016 and has since raced for successors Sunweb and DSM.

The collaboration will end at the end of this year. “We are busy strengthening our team for next season. And we can confirm that at the end of the year Søren Kragh Andersen will take a different path”, DSM reports.

“We have enjoyed our 7 years working with Søren and wish him all the best for the future. We look forward to finishing the year and our time together on a good note.”

But the collaboration will not carry on until the Tour that starts next Friday in Copenhagen. The Dane is not summoned.

“The squad we have selected is motivated and has the same goal. We still have ambitions with Søren for the rest of the season. He will also drive a great program in which we pursue success.”
