Danish Men’s Doubles Says about Hendra/Ahsan: Always a tough opponent, proud to have won

KOMPAS.com – The greatness of Hendra Setiawan/Mohammad Ahsan aka The Daddies received recognition from the Danish men’s doubles, Kim Astrup/Anders Skaarup Rasmussen.

At an age that is no longer young, Hendra Setiawan (37) and Mohammad Ahsan (34) are still able to appear excellent on the field.

Kim Astrup’s statement was echoed by his partner in the field, Anders Skaarup Rasmussen.

“The men’s doubles pair that always made me feel bad on the court was when we played the Daddies,” said Rasmussen.

“We’ve played pretty well against The Minions (Kevin Sanjaya Sukamuljo/Marcus Fernaldi Gideon), but I feel like I’ve never had a good result against The Daddies,” added the 33-year-old badminton player.

At the Indonesia Masters 2022 which had just been held, Kim Astrup/Anders Skaarup Rasmussen’s steps were stopped in the second round after being defeated by Chinese representatives, He Ji Ting/Zhou Hao Dong.
