Czechia – Switzerland 2: 0, Hockey players won the Eighteenth World Championships for the third time, in the quarterfinals they go to the Swedes

In the quarterfinals, coach Dušan Andrašovský’s charge awaits a duel with Sweden on Saturday night from 3:00 CEST. Despite the victory over the second Finland 4: 3, the Northerners finished fourth in Group A.

Anna Vaníčková scored the Czech team’s winning goal in 29:41, and Dominika Malicka, who scored an assist in the opening goal, secured the win in the 56th minute. Goalkeeper Michaela Hesová kept her account clean for the second time in the tournament.
