Holiday trouble for superstar Cristiano Ronaldo (37)!
The Portuguese’s Bugatti Veyron, who is currently under contract with Manchester United, was wrecked in an accident in Mallorca. The speedster is said to be worth (was) two million.
Ronaldo himself was not in the car when one of his employees drove the Bugatti into a wall. The exact reason for the crash is still unknown.
Ronaldo is vacationing in Mallorca with his family and had set himself up for a few relaxing days. Now the accident hassle.
According to the newspaper “Diario de Mallorca”, his employee was on a little-used country road in the municipality of Bunyola in the interior of the island when it happened. He was unharmed in the accident.
According to “Auto, Motor, Sport”, a Bugatti Veyron is the fastest street-legal production sports car in the world. It has over 1000 hp and its top speed is said to be over 400 km/h. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.5 seconds.
