Colombian journalist disparages El Salvador and Guatemala

The Colombian soccer team was left out of Qatar World Cup 2022. The coffee team is undergoing a restructuring process and Néstor Lorenzo will be in charge of commanding the sports project from the bench with a view to the 2026 World Cup to be held jointly in the United States, Mexico and Canada.

Colombia would be looking to close friendly matches in the future with teams of world hierarchy, however, it is not an easy task in the middle of the World Cup year. In addition, the journalist Carlos Antonio Vélez recently pointed out on his program ‘Palabras Mayores’ that Néstor Lorenzo had asked the Colombian Football Federation for “demanding rivals”, thus dismissing teams such as Guatemala and El Salvador.

“Don Lorenzo asked that the rivals be demanding. It will no longer be against Guatemala, El Salvador, Kuwait, Bahrain, all that string of chimbo matches that were played to win and say that they had 75% performance “accurate.

Guatemala will be Colombia’s rival

Finally, Colombia will play a friendly duel against the Guatemalan team. The announcement was made by the South American team itself this Wednesday through their social networks and they detailed that the match will take place on the FIFA Date of September, on the 24th, at Red Bull Arena in New Jersey, United States. A few days later, that is, on September 27, Colombia will play against Mexico at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, United States.
