Two summer camps specialized in basketball skills are currently held in Carolina as part of the summer offers made by the Municipality for its children and youth. The basketball camps have been divided into the male and female categories in order to work on the basic skills of this sport in a specialized way. The camps have been among the busiest of the summer, exceeding expectations and achieving a full house in both categories.

“For the past few years, we have tried to have a wide range of offers so that the children and young people of the City can choose their summer camp according to their interests. The sport of basketball has always been one of the most interesting, however, we have been surprised by the number of girls who decided to learn the skills of women’s basketball. So there is great hope for Carolina to continue to stand out in this sport as she has done so far, ”said the mayor of Carolina, José Carlos Aponte.
