Dhe former German basketball series champion Brose Bamberg has signed US point guard Spencer Reaves. The 26-year-old comes from the Bayer Giants Leverkusen and has signed a contract with the first division club until the summer of 2025. As the Bambergers announced on Wednesday, Reaves is the club’s third signing for the coming season.
The guard was used for an average of around 26 minutes in 35 games at the second division club from Leverkusen last season. He averaged around 15 points per game.
“Spencer is a smart player who will give us flexibility in the backcourt. In addition to good throwing rates, he brings good ball handling and a lot of spirit, »explained Bamberg’s coach Oren Amiel.
