Alastair Gray will not forget his duel against Taylor Fritz. The two men were opposed in the second round of the Wimbledon tournament, and it was ultimately Fritz who emerged winning 6-3 7-6 6-3.
A meeting marked by an incredible point, won by our friend Taylor. After a nice exchange, Gray will succeed with a nice short volley in the service box. Convinced of having taken the point, the Englishman will shake his fist and celebrate. Problem: Fritz managed, with an unexpected dive, to throw the ball back into the field, winning the point of the match.
Upon realizing this, Gray immediately realized he had made a mistake. It happens, even to the best!
