Benik Afobe, the striker of Stoke, approaches FC Brugge

It latest news the announcement: FC Brugge is about to complete the arrival of Benik Afobe. The Stoke City striker, where the new manager of Brugge Carl Hoefkens played between 2005 and 2007, is in advanced talks with the reigning three-time Belgian champion.

There is only one year of contract left for the Congolese player, who arrived in Stoke in 2018 against 12 million pounds. He has just chained loans with varying fortunes: 3 goals in 12 matches at Bristol City in 2019-2020, 5 goals in 29 matches at Trabzonspor in 2020-2020 and 12 goals in 37 matches at Milwall in the Championship last year.
