Barça offer 50 million euros for Robert Lewandowski!

The transfer poker around Robert Lewandowski is entering the hot phase. According to current media reports, FC Barcelona will soon make a third and final offer for the top scorer.

FC Barcelona are going full throttle in the Lewandowski case and are pushing with all their might for a transfer from Poland. While the Catalans have been unsuccessful with their latest offers of €35m plus €5m bonus payments, the next offer for the FIFA World Player is already in the works.

Are Bayern going weak?

As reported by Polish transfer insider Tomasz Włodarczyk, Barça will submit a new Lewandowski offer to FC Bayern in the next 24 hours. According to this, one is willing to pay 40 million euros as a fixed fee and another ten million in performance-related bonus payments. In total, this would amount to 50 million euros.

Whether Bayern will be weak with this offer is open. According to “Sky” information, Munich’s pain threshold is 60 million euros. It is also unclear whether Barcelona can pay the fee in one go. According to reports, Bayern categorically reject payment in installments.

In Spain, meanwhile, reports are circulating that this should be the last and final offer from FC Barcelona for Lewandowski. At the same time, those responsible hope that they can sit down at a negotiating table with Bayern in the near future. Barça bosses want to complete the transfer as soon as possible, ideally before the start of the pre-season in mid-July. So far there has been no contact between the two clubs, as Munich ruled out a Lewandowski sale in the summer.

The 33-year-old himself is already in agreement with the Catalans. The striker has a 3-year contract until 2025 and refuses to stay with the German record champions.
