The lake club (official organizer of the event for the second consecutive year) has, in fact, obtained the maximum number of podiums in all 5 scheduled specialties. “Triplete” for the new-found champion Giulia Cimini, gold in women’s single, mixed doubles paired with Daniele Carlone and women’s doubles paired with Giulia Iatrino (SS Lazio Badminton); double for Antonio Laudani, gold in the men’s doubles paired with Daniele Carlone and in the men’s single where, in an all-Braccianese final, he beat outgoing champion Daniele Carlone. Obviously the enthusiasm of the Braccianese club as can be perceived from the words of its president Fabio Carlone: “… we knew we could achieve various successes in this edition but not the full of the first places! The guys were really fantastic, considering all the difficulties of recent years between the closure of gyms and the pandemic that we are still continuing to pay for today. Then the happy return of our Giulia after almost 3 years away from the badminton courts has certainly given more bite to the performances… A beautiful moment of sport Bracciano deserves.
