AMLO congratulated the first Mexican basketball player to be champion in the NBA

During the morning conference this Monday, the president of Mexico Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador took a moment to congratulate Juan Toscano-Andersonfirst Mexican basketball player to win a championship of the NBA.
