The judo section of the Foyer Laïque de Lanester carried out its end-of-year review on Wednesday, June 22. 114 members attended the club this year. “The technical work paid off with five judokas who passed their kata passage to obtain the black belt. We also had results in competition, like Arthur Presse, departmental and regional champion in the junior-senior color belt, and Stéphane Lecomte, winner of the Elven veterans tournament”, explains Éric Ghersin, the professor of judo.

At the start of the next school year, the club will open an additional slot for the practice of taïso (health sport). A discovery will be offered, Sunday, June 26, at 11 a.m., at Mandela Park, as part of the City’s sports and health Sundays.

Registration will take place on August 27, September 3, 7 and 10, from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., at the Celtic dojo.
