2023 Asian Cup Qualification, Shin Tae-yong Instructions and Implementation

KOMPAS.com – The Indonesian national team started the struggle in the 2023 Asian Cup Qualifiers on a sweet note.

The Indonesian national team defeated Kuwait with a score of 2-1 in the inaugural match of Group A of the 2023 Asian Cup Qualification.

The Indonesia vs Kuwait match was held at the Jaber Al-Ahmad International Stadium, Kuwait City, on Wednesday (8/6/2022) local time.

The victory was achieved with difficulty considering that the team made by Shin Tae-yong had fallen behind first.

The 22-year-old defensive midfielder was fouled by Kuwaiti goalkeeper Hussain Kankone in the penalty box area.

Marc Klok who became the executor made a hard kick and Hussain Kankonetak was unable to stop it.

Rachmat Irianto managed to bring the Indonesian national team to reverse the position in the second half, precisely in the 46th minute.
