History
The Court of Nocera Inferiore sentenced the two men involved in the dispute to six and eight months respectively. From the investigation, the two had already begun to discuss in the hours preceding the dispute, and then met in the afternoon outside a bar. One of the two, all of a sudden, pulled out a knife and wounded his rival, forcing him to urgent medical attention. Specifically, the latter had gone near the bar with a baseball bat and managed to escape after being injured. He did it aboard his own car to seek help and be transported to the emergency room of the “Martiri del Villa Malta” hospital in Sarno. He was found injured in the abdomen and several other lacerations. Immediately after the stabbing, police officers from the local police station arrived and identified the two men, thanks also to the video surveillance cameras of the bar adjacent to the scene of the fight.
