On Sunday May 15, the dojo organized a ju-jitsu course, self-defense oriented, led by Denis Lefloch, a qualified teacher. The Judokas present took part in the various workshops, whose technical work in flexibility proved to be essential in the precision of execution. “This is the second year that the club has hosted this course,” explained Gilles Besset, vice-president of the association. It is an important step in the black belt course and another way to discover judo culture. Ju-jitsu classes take place on Mondays, from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m.
