Sabadell fans denounce the treatment received at Barça B

BarcelonaThe match of the Primera RFEF between Barça B and Sabadell this Saturday ended up being marked by controversy, as dozens of fans of the Vallès team have denounced the treatment received at the gates of the Johan Cruyff stadium. The large influx of Sabadell fans, who sold out the more than 1,300 tickets that Barça sold to the visiting club, caused many to buy tickets in other areas of the stadium. At the gates, however, security guards did not allow anyone wearing a Sabadell T-shirt or scarf to enter.

Once Sabadell sold out the 1,300 tickets it had, Barça informed the Vallès club on Friday that the fans in the harlequin club’s clothes who entered the other areas of the stadium would be relocated once inside with the rest. of Valles fans to separate the hobbies. Sabadell posted this on social media, but when they arrived at the stadium, many fans found that instead of being transferred to the visiting fans’ area, they were denied entry. Some ended up entering without a T-shirt, putting on their friends’ clothes or turning their T-shirt inwards to hide their coat of arms. Sabadell’s social networks have reported that in some cases children under the age of 10 were denied entry. Others went to a nearby supermarket to buy T-shirts. Documentary filmmaker Fèlix Colomer has uploaded a video showing that children and an amateur are not allowed to enter despite wearing a tracksuit from a third club, Huesca.

Although the stadium was not full, Barça closed the sale of tickets shortly before the start of the match, which also meant that some Barça fans could not enter to watch the match. The Harlequin fans also complained that although it was known that many fans would come, there was only one door open in their area an hour before the match. Sabadell won the match 0-2 in front of 3,300 fans, more than 2,000 of whom were from Sabadell.
