The 21-year-old Dutchman has just one year left on his contract at Bayern Munich. If Bayern extend his contract, Anderlecht would be willing to hire him for another year.
But there is another plan on the table: that of the permanent transfer. This would allow Sporting to have a player they could sell for a fortune in a few seasons. Only, Bayern must agree. Sporting must also be able to pay the transfer sum. A sum of 10 million, for example, is too high for Anderlecht. But a big effort would be a calculated risk for a player with huge potential who already knows the house and vice versa.
