Barça’s Uruguayan defender jumped for a ball with his teammate Gavi, both hitting each other on the head

Barcelona’s Uruguayan defender Ronald Araújo was evacuated by ambulance from the Camp Nou on Tuesday after suffering a blow to the head with his teammate Gavi in the league match against Celta. In the 60th minute, Araujo jumped for a ball with his teammate, hitting both of them on the head and although he got up at first, he fell again.
The television images showed the Barça player passed out, while a teammate tried to put him on his side.

While Gavi recovered without any problems, the assists quickly jumped in to help the Uruguayan, who seemed to regain consciousness, although an ambulance was called onto the pitch. After being treated, the player was immobilized on a stretcher and evacuated by ambulance to a Barcelona hospital.
