Peñarol makes arrangements with the Uruguayan Basketball Federation (FUBB) so that the first semifinal match, against the winner of the fifth game between Aguada and Goes, is not played next Tuesday the 17th, as scheduled, and can be played on Wednesday.
It is that same night, the aurinegros will play a transcendent match for the Copa Libertadores de América against Cerro Porteño at the Campeón del Siglo Stadium, the one in which they must win to maintain certain aspirations of qualifying for the round of 16 of the same.
On that day, Peñarol receives the Paraguayan team from 7:15 p.m., but the commitment will end after 9:00 p.m., so it would be impossible to have the fans in both commitments.

Sergio Benítez, manager of the Uruguayan Basketball League said this Wednesday to Referee that they received “that and many other requests”, and that they analyze them “to fix the schedules of the semifinal matches”.
Peñarol awaits with high expectations a resolution favorable to its interests.
