A generosity that is renewed over time that of the Oltretorrente Baseball and Softball group and the Circolo Cral Amps, accompanied this year also by Servire Lourdes onlus, in the vicinity of the Pediatrics and Oncohematology Department of the “Pietro Barilla” Children’s Hospital.
In fact, since 2013 the associations have been donating tools and equipment for the care of children, from stethoscopes to stethoscopes, from breast pumps for mothers to precision scales. This year the fruit of their fundraising, which involved, in addition to the associates, also the parents of the girls and boys who play sports, went to the purchase of six otoscopes that were delivered to the director of the structure Patrizia Bertolini by the presidents of the Oltretorrente group Andrea Paini, by Cral Amps Massimiliano Monteverdi and to Serve Lourdes Giovanni Marcotti.
“We know it’s a small thing – declared together Andrea Paini and Giovanni Marcotti – but we know that many small things make one big thing“. Representing the Oltretorrente Baseball and Softball Group, the vice president Paolo Poi who specified how families let themselves be involved with enthusiasm because they participate in a concrete gesture. The president of Cral Amps Massimiliano Monteverdi, accompanied by the directors Mauro Adorni and Massimo Carloni, underlined, as president and representing all the members of the club, “the constant pleasure of donating tools that can be used to help children in difficulty, children who represent our future and like every year we allocate in our budget a figure that I hope will become more substantial in favor of our hospital”.
Thanks for the donation but above all for the renewed friendship and loyalty of the director over the years Patrizia Bertoliniof the nursing coordinator Maria Luisa Zou and by the staff of his team who will use the tools to check the parameters of the young patients.
