Motohiko Eguchi is a Judo athlete. He holds the position of captain of the Nihon University Judo team.[1] Eguchi holds a BA in Economics from Nihon University,[2] then he moved to the United States with Jerome Mackey.[2] He had earned his 4th dan by the age of 23.[2] He was the national judo champion under 93 kg in 1966[3] and was the great champion in the 1966 national judo championships.[3] He had served as champion of the National Guard in 1966,[4] as well as the head coach of the women’s national team in the 1985 Fukuoka Cup in Fukuoka Japan.[5] He currently holds an 8th dan in Judo.[6]
